FaceSemen is an artificially formulated fluid to apply on the face to cleanse or promote attractiveness of skin. It’s an innovative rejuvenating fluid that contains skin-loving molecules similar to some of those found in seminal fluid. These molecules, however, are not sourced from seminal fluid. FaceSemen contains additional bioactive ingredients that benefit the skin. These are other sources of skin-boosting compounds found in FaceSemen, but not in seminal fluid.

FaceSemen formulas can be offerings ranging from cleansers, serums, moisturizers to other skin treatments. To date, two unique FaceSemen formulas have been created. Both are formulated as serums to apply on the face to target specific key aging concerns.

FaceSemen isn’t really semen and doesn’t contain any ingredients sourced from semen. But it is powered by many of the same skin-boosting molecules found in semen, like citric acid (citrate), ions, saccharides, and proteins (plant-based). These molecules form the SEMINAL CORE at the heart of the FaceSemen formula. In addition, FaceSemen is further enhanced with bioactive ingredients that benefit the skin. These ingredients form the BIOACTIVE CORE.

It’s the perfect two-part formula. The SEMINAL CORE creates a veil of hydration over the skin to lock in moisture, while also promoting skin cell turnover to keep skin fresh and gently exfoliated. At the same time, the BIOACTIVE CORE is busy targeting specific key aging concerns.

FaceSemen contains skin-loving molecules similar to some of those found in seminal fluid. However, these molecules are not sourced from seminal fluid. They are made from other resources such as plant extracts.

Please log into your account on our website and view the Orders to check the status of your order(s). There you will find the most detailed, up-to-date information regarding your current and/or past order(s). If your order has already been shipped, the order status will display your tracking number, when available. You may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order(s) through the carrier’s direct website.

To change or cancel your order, please email us at info@facesemen.com. Because orders are often processed quickly, it’s important to submit your cancellation or change request as quickly as possible.

In the event that your order has been processed and shipped before we receive your cancellation or change request, you may refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. In most cases, orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: Some orders may be cancelled by our system due to payment processing difficulties, inability to deliver to shipping address, unavailable items, and/or verification of order is needed (as with a duplicate order). You will be alerted of such circumstances if/when they occur. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

In some events, you may reserve a product before it officially releases on FaceSemen.com. During the checkout process for pre-order item(s), you will receive the estimated shipping date. You may also access this date in your order confirmation email or on the Orders section of your account, if applicable. You will receive a confirmation email when pre-order item(s) have shipped.

Please note: If you checkout with both pre-order items and regular items, they may not ship at the same time. Regular items will be shipped immediately after processing (see above) and pre-order items will be shipped according to their release date(s).

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

At this time, we do not accept CODs, personal checks, layaway plan, or money orders.

We do not accept any credit cards with international billing addresses.

The billing name and address must match the billing name and address of the credit card provided for payment.

The easiest way to get up-to-date, detailed information regarding your order is to login to your account on our website and check the Orders page. There, you will find the status of your order(s) and the tracking number, if/when available.

Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. Please check the spam, promotions, and social folders if you don’t receive an email within a few days of placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original shipping box, packing materials, and damaged item(s). Email or us immediately at info@facesemen.com and notify us of the damage.

We will arrange for the items to be picked up, inspected, and replaced. Please note: It is normal for shipping boxes to arrive with some visible wear. This is only viewed as problematic and reason for replacement if the actual item(s) inside the packing materials are damaged.

Items are restocked regularly. Please subscribe to our emails to be notified of product releases, promotions, and news. Please note: Limited Edition products will not be restocked. These items are clearly marked. When they sell out, inventory is not replaced.

Currently, we do not offer post-purchase price adjustments. Promotions and offers change regularly and are exclusive – to be applied at the time of purchase only.

If you receive an error message during check out, please confirm your billing information is consistent with your bank’s billing records. For an order to process, your billing information must match the information tied to your credit card.

Sales tax will be determined based on the total purchase amount, including shipping and handling fees.

We legally must collect state sales tax for orders shipped to the following states: AL, AR,AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE (starting 1/1/19), NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WV.

If you would like to return an item, please email us within 30 days of your purchase. In the email, include your name, order number and reason for return: info@facesemen.com

You will receive a return authorization and mailing information needed to ship the item back. We will refund your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping.

You may exchange an unopened product for the product of your choice. If the product you choose is cheaper than the original, we will refund you the difference. If it is more expensive, we will charge you the difference.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. To ensure proper location and handling of your return, you must submit the return authorization and use the correct return address provided to you.

Currently, we do not reimburse return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a shipping service that provides reliable tracking and/or insurance. We do not issue refunds for returned items that have been lost during shipment back to us. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Orders are only processed and shipped on business days. If an order is placed over the weekend, or on a major Holiday, it will be processed the following Monday. Orders may be contingent on bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
